Our service

Builders and developers can increase the value of their properties through the tariffs. However, it can be difficult to understand how to do this as simply and cost-effectively as possible.

Ownergy is the only business set up to simplify this process for you through four simple stages:

1. Select – we help you understand what renewable options are best for your properties, whatever their stage of development, so that you can take maximum advantage of the tariffs

2. Design – for properties that are still in planning phase, we can provide detailed information and advise your builder or architect on the installation of renewable energy systems. If the build or development has already started, one of our installation partners will visit the property and carry out an onsite survey to confirm the most appropriate energy options. We will also provide advice on how to manage any planning considerations (most systems are covered by permitted development rights)

3. Supply – Our installation partners are able to work alongside your builders to manage, install and commission a property’s renewable energy systems

4. Manage – We will register the installation of the tariffs for the property so that it is ready for the sale. We will also provide a valuation for inclusion within the overall property sale price
