Whatever your property, we have designed our service to make a renewable energy installation as straightforward as we can.
Our service
The first stage of the process is to find which renewable energy systems are most appropriate for your property. We also provide the option to receive an initial desktop assessment through our Energy Selector Report. This will tell you which systems are suitable, provide outline costs and calculate the financial returns. Please note that we have a dedicated service for standalone systems.
We will conduct a technical appraisal of the property for the systems we are recommending. This will assess all aspects of the project from the renewable energy systems to the structural or other building requirements. For some technologies, such as wind turbines and hydro-power schemes, specialist site monitoring surveys may be required which Ownergy will arrange and oversee.
We offer a full range of procurement routes, designed to suit our customers needs. The preferred route typically being determined by size and nature of the project, timetable and commercial considerations. For the installation itself, we achieve best value and quality of installation by using a network of trusted installation partners and equipment manufacturers.
On completion of the work, we will register all systems for the Feed-In Tariffs or Renewable Heat Incentive scheme (the latter only goes live in April 2011) so the new systems can immediately start to make you money. Our management and maintenance offering also includes the ongoing monitoring of sthe system's performance as well as maintenance service.
Depending on the size of the installation, we can provide financing to cover all or part of the costs.
