Shares in Ownergy are not currently listed, but there are occasional opportunities for private investment
The company was founded in 2009 and undertook a seed-funding round in December, issuing shares to about a dozen individual investors.
We had planned to undertake a larger funding round in mid 2010. However, as early performance has been ahead of forecast, the Board is considering deferring Round 2 until later in the year.
To increase our flexibility on the timing of that round, the company may undertake a modest 'top-up to Round 1' over the next few weeks.
